“下死点”用英语怎么说？

“下死点”在英语中叫做bottom dead center（BDC）。顺带一提，“死点”是dead center，“上死点”是top dead center（TDC）。

The assembly machine we installed the other day is not working properly, and the defective rate is hovering at a high level. I think the bottom dead center of the machine is fluctuating during press fitting.

You should see if there are any loading problems. If the press fit is not done properly even though the right amount of pressure is being applied, the problem could be do to part size.
应该调查组装时施加载荷的方法是不是也有问题。
如果施加了正确的压力也不能顺利压入，那么部件尺寸方面可能也存在问题。
